    Ordered beef brisket tacos. Fatty Beef was cooked in its own fat. The taco shell was dripping with the fat. Could not stomach this unhealthy dish. Restaurant should use George Foreman's kitchen equipment to get rid of the grease OR use more lean fresh beef in their tacos. Will not visit this restaurant again. Sent back the dish after couple of bites. Another small town restaurant disappointment.

    Mrs Fran has got to be the best waitress ever she always had a beautiful smile and just makes my hole family smile by the time we leave. I wish I could take her to every restaurant we go to. Thank you CHARLES KNIGHTON
